Key Responsibilities

  • Lead capture and business development efforts across DoD and federal opportunities.
  • Build and manage relationships with military customers, program offices, primes, and industry partners.
  • Identify, qualify, and shape opportunities through the full business development lifecycle.
  • Capture and manage internal coordination with engineering, operations, leadership, and proposal teams to support strategic pursuits.
  • Support proposal strategy, pricing discussions, customer presentations, and technical solution alignment.
  • Represent Easy Aerial at demonstrations, exercises, conferences, and industry events.
  • Manage pipeline forecasting and strategic account growth activities.

Qualifications

  • 5-10+ years of experience in defense, aerospace, government contracting, or related industries.
  • Experience leading capture efforts and navigating federal procurement environments.
  • Strong understanding of DoD acquisition and customer engagement processes.
  • Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Military or veteran background.
  • Experience with autonomous systems, ISR, robotics, aerospace, or defense technologies.
  • Existing relationships within defense or federal customer communities.
  • Experience supporting OTA, SBIR, or other non-traditional acquisition pathways.
