Key Responsibilities
- Lead capture and business development efforts across DoD and federal opportunities.
- Build and manage relationships with military customers, program offices, primes, and industry partners.
- Identify, qualify, and shape opportunities through the full business development lifecycle.
- Capture and manage internal coordination with engineering, operations, leadership, and proposal teams to support strategic pursuits.
- Support proposal strategy, pricing discussions, customer presentations, and technical solution alignment.
- Represent Easy Aerial at demonstrations, exercises, conferences, and industry events.
- Manage pipeline forecasting and strategic account growth activities.
Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of experience in defense, aerospace, government contracting, or related industries.
- Experience leading capture efforts and navigating federal procurement environments.
- Strong understanding of DoD acquisition and customer engagement processes.
- Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person.
Preferred Qualifications
- Military or veteran background.
- Experience with autonomous systems, ISR, robotics, aerospace, or defense technologies.
- Existing relationships within defense or federal customer communities.
- Experience supporting OTA, SBIR, or other non-traditional acquisition pathways.
