Senior Business Developer - Trucking Division

Skill Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of related underwriting or business development experience
• Previous trucking or commercial auto experience strongly preferred

Essential Job Functions

• Develops strategic marketing plans
• Identifies and secures profitable new business opportunities
• Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with key agencies
• Provides tailored insurance solutions to meet agency needs
• Drives revenue growth by achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Develops and executes cross-selling and up-selling strategies
• Conducts market research and competitive analysis
• Prospects for new agency appointments
• Attends truck conferences with occasional weekend travel

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory

Pay

$100,000.00 - $140,000.00
