Senior Business Analyst

Job Description We are seeking a Business Analyst to improve business visibility, streamline reporting, and enable data-driven decision-making. This role will focus on centralizing business intelligence, supporting the Monthly Business Review (MBR) process, and automating recurring reporting and analytics. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Business Intelligence Centralization: Consolidate data, metrics, and reporting across multiple sources into standardized dashboards and a centralized BI framework, establishing consistent KPI definitions and a reliable source of truth.Monthly Business Review: Own and continuously improve the MBR reporting process, including KPI tracking, trend and variance analysis, executive-ready insights, and coordination with business stakeholders.Reporting Automation: Identify manual and repetitive reporting processes and develop automated solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and timeliness.Analytics & Insights: Analyze business performance, identify trends and opportunities, and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.Data Quality & Governance: Partner with business and technical teams to improve data consistency, validate reporting outputs, and maintain standardized reporting definitions.Continuous Improvement: Develop scalable dashboards, self-service reporting, and analytical tools that reduce manual effort and enable teams to make faster, data-informed decisions. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from $29.42 - $63.65 per hour; from: $61,200 - $132,400 per year.
