Job Description We are looking for a Senior ERP Financial Business Analyst to support a State Government ERP Financial Management System (FMS) modernization initiative. This position will be full-time and hybrid in Dover, DE. What You'll Do Analyze current-state business processes and define future-state ERP solutionsLead functional workshops and requirements sessions with business stakeholdersDevelop business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and business rulesPerform business process gap analysis and recommend standardized future-state processesSupport ERP design workshops with the Solution Integrator by providing functional expertisePerform data analysis, source-to-target mapping, data validation, and migration supportSupport functional testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolutionValidate ERP configuration against approved business requirements and functional designSupport cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-implementation stabilization Required What You'll Need Minimum 7 years of Business Analysis or Functional Consulting experience supporting ERP Financial systemsDemonstrated experience with PeopleSoft Financials and/or Workday Financial ManagementParticipation in full lifecycle ERP Financial implementation from requirements through go-liveStrong functional expertise in some of the following areas:Purchase-to-Pay (Purchasing, Supplier Management, Accounts Payable)General LedgerBudgetingAccounts Receivable / BillingProjects & GrantsAsset Management Preferred Experience supporting PeopleSoft-to-Workday transformations.Experience with State Government financial operations, including Fund Accounting, Grants, Appropriations, Budget Control, and Commitment Control.Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and reconciliation.Public Sector or State Government ERP implementation experience Physical Demands Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor Reasonable accommodation statement If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.accommodations@cai.io or (888) 824 – 8111. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
