Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business data and conduct analyses and reporting to identify challenges and opportunities; provide solutions to complex business problems using quantitative analysis methodology to perform data, cost and benefit, and/or process measurement analysis.
• Partner across teams to develop advanced statistical models and forecasting techniques to predict future business performance and inform strategic decision-making.
• Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes and new responsibilities.
• Assess requirements for internal business processes, ensuring integration across teams and business units and compatibility with organizational strategic goals.
• Utilize comprehensive knowledge of company's internal operations to develop forward-looking focus for business.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in business and operational strategy, planning and analysis.
• Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, and business solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of data querying, data validation and business process analysis.
• Advanced problem resolution skills including determining root cause, scope and scale of issues.
• Effective word processing and spreadsheet software skills.
• Advanced project management skill to lead projects and/or initiatives of medium to large scope to include working effectively with diverse internal and external contacts.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
