Senior Salesforce Business Analyst Turn Business Needs into High-Impact Salesforce Solutions Remote (Prefers living near a major airport on EST or CST) US Persons We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to partner directly with customers and technical teams to design and deliver enterprise Salesforce solutions. This is a hands-on, client-facing role combining business analysis, Salesforce configuration, implementation, and stakeholder management. You'll translate business challenges into actionable requirements, configure Salesforce solutions, guide implementations through go-live, and help customers maximize adoption and business value. Key Responsibilities Partner with customers to understand business processes, goals, challenges, and functional requirements.Lead requirements gathering sessions, discovery workshops, system demonstrations, and solution discussions.Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and prioritized capabilities.Configure Salesforce and AppExchange solutions to support approved business requirements.Collaborate with developers, QA, and business teams to ensure solutions meet functional and technical requirements.Support testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, go-live, and post-production activities.Manage assigned deliverables and timelines while partnering with project leadership to maintain scope and budget.Conduct Salesforce end-user training and support adoption across customer organizations.Analyze complex business challenges and recommend creative, scalable solutions. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience implementing enterprise business systems.3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience.Experience creating user stories, documenting process flows, and translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions.Experience leading requirements workshops, UAT, training, go-live, and implementation activities.Experience managing project deliverables against established scope, budget, and timelines.Understanding of Apex and Visualforce capabilities.Experience with Salesforce Data Loader or similar data management tools.Knowledge of Agile and enterprise implementation methodologies.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with customers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Administrator certification.Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant certification.Experience with additional Salesforce products such as Experience Cloud/Community Cloud or CPQ.Experience coordinating external consultants or implementation partners.Broader experience across the Salesforce ecosystem and AppExchange solutions.
