The Building Controls Technician is responsible for maintaining and operating building automation systems to ensure optimal energy efficiency and safety. This position requires a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate building automation systems

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in building controls or related field
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Security clearance required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field preferred
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Knowledge of building automation systems and protocols

Pay

• $83,774 per year for the Building Controls Technician position
• $72,450 per year for the Senior Building Controls Technician position
• $73,111 per year for the Senior Building Controls Technician position
