Senior Brand Partnerships Coordinator (Media Sales)

About the role

Big Think is seeking a Senior Brand Partnerships Coordinator to prospect and schedule meetings with marketing and media decision-makers at enterprise brands and agencies. This role focuses on building a qualified pipeline for advertising and branded content partnerships across Big Think’s platform.

Responsibilities

• Identify enterprise-level brands and media agency partners aligned with Big Think’s audience and editorial voice
• Develop and execute tailored outreach strategies across email, LinkedIn, and phone to engage senior marketing leaders
• Leverage AI agents (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to accelerate prospect research, personalize outreach, and streamline pipeline workflows
• Book qualified sales meetings for the Senior Director of Brand Partnerships
• Maintain accurate activity tracking and performance metrics in Salesforce

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably within a media company, publisher, agency, or advertising environment
• Demonstrated success prospecting into enterprise organizations and scheduling with senior executives
• Hands-on experience using AI agents and assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, or comparable tools) in a professional context
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment

$80,000 - $115,000 annually
