This role is based in Hillsboro, NH, within a hybrid work model requiring on-site presence at least one day per week. Preferred candidates are located in the Greater New England area.

About the Role

The Sr. Brand Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in the marketing team, overseeing brand strategy, media, product launches, consumer insights, creative development, and digital activation. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position demands a balance of tactical execution and long-term strategic vision to drive business growth and strengthen brand equity.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor marketplace and competitive dynamics to ensure marketing relevance and effectiveness.
  • Drive consistent and ownable brand positioning, ensuring integration across all marketing mix elements.
  • Lead high-visibility brand initiatives from strategy development through execution.
  • Develop clear and effective creative briefs and manage agency partners from briefing to implementation.
  • Measure performance through ongoing tracking, optimize programs in real time, and conduct post-campaign analyses.
  • Manage and optimize marketing investments across digital, search, social, CTV, television, radio, podcast, and emerging channels.
  • Develop media briefs and budget parameters based on analysis and reporting to optimize strategies and performance objectives.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of media agency partners, including campaign execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Analyze campaign performance (e.g., MMM, brand-level sales) and continuously optimize delivery against KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners for campaign setup, trafficking, tagging, and reporting to ensure data integrity.
  • Partner with digital/social teams to plan, drive, and measure year-over-year KPIs for brand consistency.
  • Ensure brand consistency across paid, owned, and earned media channels.
  • Lead portfolio analytics and budget initiatives, including forecasting and reconciliation.
  • Conduct consumer research, segmentation, brand health tracking, and insights development.
  • Apply A/B and multivariate testing methodologies to refine marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field; MBA or related Master’s degree highly preferred.
  • Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in consumer marketing and brand management within CPG.
  • Hands-on experience managing, analyzing, and optimizing paid and organic media campaigns with agency oversight.
  • Proven success in traditional, digital, social, and omnichannel marketing programs.
  • Experience collaborating with agencies and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in budget forecasting and reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with data and analytics tools such as Circana, MMM, and HH Panel (preferred).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
