About the role

We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager, Hefty Waste & Clean-Up Business Unit to drive profitable growth across brand and private label portfolios. This role is a Marketing & Business Management position with responsibility for brand strategies, P&L management, and portfolio line extensions. You will lead cross functional teams to commercialize innovation, build a strong growth pipeline, and deliver results in a fast paced, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hefty Waste & Clean-Up brand strategy, for a large segment within the waste bag portfolio, optimizing portfolio performance to deliver profitable growth.
• Develop and lead integrated brand business plans, launch strategies, competitive positioning, media and content strategies (including digital, retail and PR/Influencers) and distribution priorities.
• Lead P&L management, investment tradeoffs, and financial performance analysis to guide decision making.
• Identify and execute insights learning plan. Translate consumer, shopper, and market insights into clear business strategies, identifying short- and long-term growth opportunities for line extension innovation and all communications including packaging.
• Lead cross functional teams across Sales, Finance, R&D, Supply Chain, and Operations to align strategy with executional excellence.
• Partner with Customer Marketing and Category Management to ensure strategies are converted into customer ready stories, selling tools, and in market execution.
• Continuously assess brand, category, and competitive dynamics, identifying risks and opportunities to refine priorities across the portfolio.
• Track and communicate brand and business performance, providing clear, concise updates on results, and implications on overall business, key initiatives, and strategic priorities to senior leadership.

Qualifications

You will lead cross functional teams to commercialize innovation, build a strong growth pipeline, and deliver results in a fast paced, high-performance environment.
• Your Background: BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 8+ years of Brand Marketing or General Management experience in CPG. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. Solid project management capabilities with the ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously from origin through execution. Excellent business acumen with experience managing budgets/P&L. Proficiency with retailer scan data analysis programs such as Nielsen or Circana. Proficient in MS Office. Ability for some travel (10-15%).

Pay

USD $127,700.00 - USD $185,150.00 /A Bonus Eligibility Role is eligible for 18% annual incentive provided the business meets financial goals and the individual meets their performance goals, subject to plan administration guidelines.

Schedule

This position reports to the Director of Marketing.
