Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute long-term brand growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead annual brand planning, including marketing plan, innovation plan, and insights & analytics.
  • Work with the Synsus innovation team to develop product pipelines from concept through commercialization.
  • Partner with Sales, Product Development, Regulatory, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to bring new products to market.
  • Partner with all Business Units, and other departments within the company, to ensure company marketing needs are being met.
  • Lead development of consumer communication strategies, packaging, claims, and merchandising programs.
  • Manage marketing budgets, allocating resources across brand and demand generation initiatives.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website performance and social media presence, to build brand visibility and consumer engagement.
  • Develop sales material and company literature; represent brands at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events.
  • Evaluate brand performance through sales data, market trends, consumer insights, and financial analysis.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for category expansion, channel development, and brand renovation.
  • Manage agency partners, creative development, and marketing execution where applicable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive brand management experience within CPG industry
  • Strong preference for candidates with formal brand management training from leading CPG organizations
  • Demonstrated success leading brands with measurable revenue and profit growth
  • Experience developing innovation pipelines and launching new products
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience leveraging consumer, category, and retail data
  • Proven ability to influence cross functional teams and lead through complexity
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and coordinating cross-functional project timelines

Preferred Experience

  • Lawn & garden, home care, household products, chemicals, outdoor living, agricultural, or adjacent categories
  • Retail experience across mass, home center, hardware, farm & ranch, grocery, and eCommerce channels
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media management, and marketing analytics tools
