Pay

• Potential Annual Salary: $82,000-90,000 based on experience, skills, tenure, and geography
• Attainable monthly/quarterly bonus opportunity ($35,000+ in your first three years)

Schedule

• Semi-remote role: Remote BCBA role with monthly travel needed into our Hanford, CA region (travel expenses covered)
• Flexible Schedule: Opportunities to work from home that includes Mon-Fri flexibility in the mornings and afternoons
• No expectation of Saturday work unless you want to schedule make-up sessions

Responsibilities

• Inspire and guide Behavior Technicians through effective supervision and support, ensuring implementation of treatment plans with high reliability and fidelity
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop innovative ABA programs
• Continuously evaluate client needs, provide parent education, and problem-solve to help each client reach their potential
• Stay calm and professional in challenging situations, adapt to change with flexibility, and seek growth opportunities
• Proactively communicate, take initiative, and welcome learning to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• 2+ years of management experience
• 1+ year of experience working with various software solutions for data collection, programming, and report writing tasks
• 1+ year of experience successfully working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, high-performance environment
• Subject to a criminal background check, TB test, pre-employment physical exam, and immunization requirements for MMR/VZV (paid for by ALP)

Onboarding & Training

• 60+ hours of comprehensive training during the first 3-4 weeks covering clinical best practices, Central Reach, goal writing, clinical problem solving, CPT codes, and telehealth assessments
• Weekly office hours or 1:1 support from the Clinical Development team
