Pay

Potential Annual Salary: $82,000-$100,000 based on experience, skills, tenure, and geography.

Bonus: Attainable monthly/quarterly bonus opportunity ($35,000+ in your first three years).

Schedule

Semi-remote role with quarterly travel into the Antelope Valley, CA region (travel expenses covered). Flexible schedule with opportunities to work from home, including Mon-Fri flexibility in mornings and afternoons. No expectation of Saturday work unless you choose to schedule make-up sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Inspire and guide Behavior Technicians through effective supervision, ensuring high reliability and fidelity in treatment plan implementation
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop innovative ABA programs
  • Continuously evaluate client needs, provide parent education, and problem-solve to help each client reach their potential
  • Stay calm and professional in challenging situations, adapt to change, and seek growth opportunities
  • Proactively communicate, take initiative, and foster a collaborative environment for knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Subject to a criminal background check, TB test, pre-employment physical exam, and immunization requirements (MMR/VZV) during onboarding (paid for by ALP)

Onboarding & Development

  • 60+ hours of comprehensive training during the first 3-4 weeks, covering clinical best practices, Central Reach, goal writing, clinical problem-solving, CPT codes, and telehealth assessments
  • Weekly office hours or 1:1 support from the Clinical Development team
  • 8-hour supervision course for new BCBA certificants (BACB-approved)
  • Clear promotion framework: BCBA, Sr. BCBA, Assistant Clinical Director, Clinical Director, and Senior Clinical Director
