About the Role
We seek a highly motivated Senior Audit Manager for our Charlotte practice. This is a hybrid role with limited travel in the region. The position offers excellent training, development, and professional growth opportunities, with significant client interaction across various commercial industries. Exceptional client relations skills are required, and business development skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver innovative and sophisticated assurance services to clients.
- Lead and develop audit and assurance (A&A) associates.
- Manage client relationships and ensure superior client service.
- Demonstrate strong project management, analytical, and leadership skills.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in public accounting.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting (Master's preferred).
- Active CPA certification and license.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Strong sense of urgency and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Pay
Salary range: $137,500–$198,000. Individual salaries are determined by factors including role, responsibilities, experience, education, skills, and geographic location.
