Senior Attorney
Job Details
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active bar admission in good standing in the relevant state(s); willingness to obtain additional state bar admissions as needed.
- Substantial post admission experience in one or more of the following: creditors' rights, mortgage foreclosure/default services, real estate transactions, business/commercial litigation, or bankruptcy.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume caseload independently while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and client communication standards.
- Strong courtroom and negotiation skills, with experience appearing before state and federal courts as applicable to practice area.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal issues into clear guidance for institutional and corporate clients.
- Comfort working within structured case management systems and meeting servicer/investor timelines and compliance requirements where applicable.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to mentor junior attorneys and support staff.
- Prior experience serving financial institution, loan servicer, or corporate clients is a plus.
