Senior Attorney

Job Summary

Modern Family Law is seeking a hybrid Family Law Senior Attorney to join our Dallas, TX office. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including a $15,000 signing bonus and relocation package.

About the Role

We are a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law. Our firm offers a remote-first setting with the option for in-person work as required by courts and clients. We have low billable hours requirements (120 per month) and prioritize direct client contact.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, custody, and child and spousal support.
• Communicate directly with clients, draft legal documents, conduct depositions, attend court appearances, and mediate disputes.
• Manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Collaborate within a team-oriented setting to ensure collective success.

Requirements

• Four (4) or more years of Family Law experience.
• Experience in Family Law preferred; open to litigation candidates interested in practicing Family Law.
• Active admission to the Texas State Bar.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-focused mindset.

Compensation

$110,000 - $220,000 annually, plus potential commissions based on billable hours and collections.
