Senior Attorney

About the role

Modern Family Law is a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law. We are seeking a hybrid Family Law Senior Associate Attorney to join our Seattle office.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, custody, and child and spousal support.
• Communicate directly with clients, draft legal documents, conduct depositions, attend court appearances, and mediate disputes.
• Operate efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.
• Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented setting to achieve collective success.

Requirements

• Four (4) or more years of Family Law experience.
• Experience in Family Law preferred; open to litigation candidates interested in practicing Family Law.
• Active admission to the Washington State Bar.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-focused mindset.

Pay

$175,000 - $285,880 annually.

Schedule

Hybrid model with remote work option available.
