Senior Attorney

About the role

Modern Family Law is seeking a hybrid Family Law Senior Attorney to launch and grow their new Atlanta office. This role is ideal for attorneys passionate about Family Law who are excited to be part of a rapidly expanding firm.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, custody, and child and spousal support.
• Communicate directly with clients, draft legal documents, conduct depositions, attend court appearances, and mediate disputes.
• Manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with attention to detail.
• Collaborate within a team-oriented setting to ensure collective success.

Requirements

• Four (4) or more years of Family Law experience.
• Active admission to the Georgia State Bar.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-focused mindset.

Pay

$90,000 - $180,000 annually, with potential for additional commissions based on billable hours and collections.

Schedule

Remote first setting with the possibility of in-person work as required by courts and clients.
