About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Associate to build and execute the Sales strategy for US Pre-Sales Rx. You will work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, GTMT, Product, Finance, and more) to acquire, retain, and grow Merchants at scale. Responsibilities include developing go-to-market playbooks, revenue optimization, strategic plans to enhance productivity, process redesign, product roadmap and launches, resource allocation, and pipeline analytics. You will report into the Senior Manager of Pre-Sales S&O and sit at the center of our revenue generation engine, requiring prioritization and data-driven insights to ensure our teams work toward the right goals with the necessary tools.

Responsibilities

  • Build – develop and drive the future of US Pre-Sales Restaurant Acquisition.
  • Experiment – scope tests and experiments on everything from adoption to optimization.
  • Implement – drive tactical day-to-day operations and implement efficient improvements to optimize business impact.
  • Influence – collaborate with Merchant, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Sales teams to scale business impact.
  • Map complex operational workflows, diagnose data gaps, and architect AI-driven solutions end-to-end—from process discovery through prototype to production deployment.
  • Build AI tooling (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) and ship real automation that eliminates manual work, closes visibility gaps, and accelerates decision-making.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, business development, operations, technology, banking, analytics, or related fields with a track record of leading initiatives and hitting goals.
  • Strong cross-functional business experience, project management, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with large data sets and modeling in Excel/Google Sheets; advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau) to solve ambiguous problems.
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and flex up or down as needed—"humble doer" mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Think in systems, not features; treat every broken process as a build opportunity and every data gap as a use case waiting to be deployed.
  • AI-native operating environment: expected to build, test, and iterate continuously.

Pay

The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado, is $87,000—$128,000 USD. In addition to base salary, compensation includes opportunities for equity grants. Pay is determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) plan with employer matching.
  • 16 weeks of paid parental leave.
  • Wellness benefits and commuter benefits match.
  • Paid time off and paid sick leave (80 hours per year for salaried roles; accrual rates for hourly roles).
  • 11 paid holidays.
  • Disability and basic life insurance.
  • Family-forming assistance and a mental health program.

Schedule

For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.

For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g., about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g., about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
