About the role
This is a newly created position on a collaborative Talent Acquisition team that supports a leading global investment firm in a phase of rapid growth. The role offers the opportunity to act as the primary recruiting partner on the ground for the growing Fort Worth office, balancing strategy with hands-on execution in a flexible hybrid schedule (3 days onsite in Fort Worth, Texas).
Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process from intake meetings through offer negotiation and acceptance.
- Develop sourcing strategies and proactively identify top talent through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring hiring needs across Operations, Finance, Accounting, Compliance, and other corporate functions.
- Conduct candidate screenings, manage interviews, and guide hiring teams through candidate evaluation and selection.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing market intelligence, talent insights, and recruiting recommendations.
- Leverage applicant tracking systems and recruiting data to monitor pipeline health and recruiting effectiveness.
- Partner with Recruiting Coordinators who manage scheduling and interview logistics.
- Collaborate with external search firms and recruiting partners when specialized searches require additional support.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting for corporate functions such as Operations, Finance, Accounting, Compliance, Engineering, or similar professional-level roles.
- Strong direct sourcing capabilities and experience identifying passive talent.
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.
- Proven success partnering directly with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions.
- Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and process discipline.
- Adaptable, inquisitive, and comfortable operating within a growing and evolving organization.
- Experience within financial services, asset management, professional services, or other fast-paced environments is preferred but not required.
- Experience with Greenhouse and/or Workday is a plus.
