A DAY IN THE LIFE Be actively involved in the full recruitment cycle from initiating new requisitions through employment offers and onboarding. Source and recruit candidates for company, nonexempt, entry-level and hourly positions. Ensure all positions are filled in alignment with company culture and in a timely manner. The Associate Recruiter will handle open requisitions with low to moderate levels of technical and/or labor market complexity. STEP INTO THE ROLE Follow the company recruitment processes complying with local, state, and federal employment laws. Utilize sourcing and recruiting strategies to ensure the company attracts and selects the best candidates considering skills, experiences and cultural fit for the position. Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to qualify position requirements including qualifications, experience, location and or travel frequency, compensation expectations, etc. Evaluate profiles of potential candidates and perform preliminary phone screen assessments (screen all candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, and basic qualifications); and then schedule appropriate interviews pending a positive outcome. Negotiate and make job offers for positions in a timely manner.Track progress on each candidate in the applicant tracking system; and report staffing initiatives and progress to supervisors and hiring managers on a regular basis. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; or equivalent combinations of experience and education. Ability to adapt quickly and remain flexible in changing or unpredictable work environments. What Sets You Apart 6 months previous Human Resources related experience preferred.Previous recruiting experience helpful.Customer service and/or manufacturing office experience. The budgeted pay range for this position is $29 - $31 per hour. $28.85 - $35.98 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
