Senior Associate – Private Client Group

Role Overview Seeking a Senior Associate to support global and private client services, focusing on cross-border employment processes, HR policies, benefits, and relocation support for international assignments. The position involves managing outsourcing projects, coordinating with third-party providers, mentoring bilingual staff, and ensuring high-quality client service for Japanese and Korean companies. Responsibilities: Oversee large outsourcing engagements related to cross-border employment Manage day-to-day services within the global HRS practice, including technology leverage and staff oversight Support Japanese and Korean headquartered organizations Develop and monitor service models to maintain excellent client experiences Serve as primary client contact for relocating Japanese and non-Japanese executives to the U.S., ensuring smooth employee transfers and comprehensive HR supportQualifications & Skills: Minimum three years of HR support and administrative experience Bachelor's degree from an accredited university Knowledge of employment-based compensation, international transfer documentation, and working with third-party providers Familiarity with payroll, Workday, HR systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with PeopleSoft, SharePoint, and Taleo is a plus Fluent in English and Japanese and/or Korean Self-motivated, able to work independently and in teams This role offers a collaborative, innovative environment with opportunities for professional growth, formal training, and mentoring, supporting a diverse and dynamic team committed to excellence in client service.
