Role Overview

The Senior Associate supports global outsourcing projects within the Business Tax Services practice, focusing on cross-border employment processes, HR policies, benefits, retirement plans, taxes, and relocation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day services for global HR support
• Coordinate with third-party providers
• Mentor bilingual staff
• Develop service models to ensure high client satisfaction
• Serve as the primary client contact for Japanese and Korean executives relocating internationally, ensuring comprehensive HR support for successful employee transfers

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum three years of HR support experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of employment-based compensation and payroll systems (Workday, PeopleSoft)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English and Japanese/Korean is required
• Must be self-motivated, able to work independently and in teams
