Senior Associate, Middle Office Team Lead
About the role
This role is located in Lake Mary. This role is for a Senior Specialist to join our MIDDLE OFFICE OPERATIONS IBOR team.
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of core Middle Office IBOR reconciliation activities, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of client and operational outputs in line with service, risk, and control standards.
- Take ownership of complex exceptions, break resolution, and issue analysis, driving effective remediation and continuous improvement across processes.
- Partner with internal stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Product, and Client Service to support change initiatives, platform enhancements, and implementation activity.
- Identify opportunities to improve scalability, reduce manual touchpoints, and strengthen standardization through process optimization and disciplined operating practices.
- Contribute to a strong control environment by escalating risks proactively, supporting audit/compliance requirements, and ensuring adherence to established procedures and governance.
- Provide day-to-day guidance and subject matter support to colleagues, helping to build team capability and maintain high-quality execution.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in Middle Office, IBOR, accounting services, or related investment operations disciplines.
- Good knowledge of investment products and related lifecycle events.
- Strong understanding of operational controls, exception management, and process governance within a deadline-driven environment.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, analyze issues effectively, and communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience supporting change, process improvement, or platform transformation initiatives is strongly valued.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on accuracy, client impact, and operational resilience.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and other relevant software.

The expected base salary for this position when employment commences can be found in the Job Info section at the bottom of the posting. Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
