Senior Associate – Infrastructure Project Advisory

About the role

The Senior Associate in Infrastructure Project Advisory supports delivery of asset management, operations, and technology strategy for public and private sector clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops, interviews, and requirements-gathering activities to assess business processes and operational needs.
• Contribute to proposals, presentations, and business development efforts to support practice growth.
• Assist with implementing enterprise asset management and risk management technologies, including requirements definition, testing, and configuration.
• Develop governance documentation, SOPs, policies, process maps, and analytical insights to aid organizational transformation.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes.
• Support adherence to professional standards with integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum three years of relevant experience in infrastructure, asset management, or technical consulting roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, finance, planning, computer science, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of rail/transit maintenance, asset lifecycle, or public infrastructure business models.
• Experience with technology deployment: business process mapping, system requirements, databases, EAM systems (exposure to IBM Maximo is a plus).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ability to manage large datasets and produce technical reports.
• Interest or involvement in professional societies such as the Institute of Asset Management is preferred.
• Willingness to travel; authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
