Senior Associate - Infrastructure Project Advisory

Role Overview

The Senior Associate in Infrastructure Project Advisory supports large capital projects by reviewing construction processes, leading contract reviews, conducting compliance audits, and overseeing project performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve construction management processes and internal controls.
• Lead contract reviews, compliance checks, and project monitoring.
• Develop recommendations for policies, procedures, roles, and reporting systems.
• Perform project reviews assessing progress, change orders, schedule delays, and productivity issues.
• Collaborate with teams to collect data, analyze findings, prepare reports, and create presentations using analytics tools.
• Work independently under guidance, participating in mentoring efforts to stay current with industry trends.
• Uphold integrity and professionalism in all work activities.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in construction management or advisory services on diverse large projects.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related fields.
• Professional certifications such as PE, CCM, CPA, or AIA are advantageous.
• Knowledge of construction phases, project management systems, and diverse project types.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
