Senior Associate – Infrastructure Project Advisory

About the role

Support infrastructure advisory projects focusing on asset management, operations, and technology strategy for public and private clients. Lead client workshops, gather requirements, and contribute to proposals and business development efforts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing enterprise asset and risk management technologies, including requirements definition, testing, and configuration.
• Develop governance documentation, SOPs, policies, and process maps to support organizational transformation.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Act with professionalism and integrity, maintaining a respectful work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in infrastructure, asset management, or technical consulting roles.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance, planning, computer science, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of rail/transit maintenance, asset lifecycle, or public infrastructure business models.
• Experience with technology deployment, business process mapping, database systems, and EAM tools (IBM Maximo preferred).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience in technical reporting and documentation.
• Interest in professional societies like the Institute of Asset Management is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
