Senior Associate – Infrastructure Project Advisory

About the role

The role involves supporting infrastructure project advisory engagements focused on asset management, operations, and technology strategy for public and private clients.

Responsibilities

• Leading workshops
• Gathering requirements
• Contributing to proposals
• Assisting with enterprise asset and risk management technology implementations such as system requirements, testing, and configuration
• Developing governance documentation, SOPs, policies, and process maps to aid organizational transformation
• Mentoring junior team members
• Collaborating across teams to ensure high-quality client outcomes

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in infrastructure, asset management, or technical consulting
• Relevant degree in engineering, business, finance, planning, or computer science
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with technology deployment activities (notably databases and EAM systems like IBM Maximo)
• Familiarity with rail/transit maintenance practices or public infrastructure models
• Professional participation and willingness to travel are preferred
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
