Senior Associate - Infrastructure Project Advisory

Senior Associate in Infrastructure Project Advisory (Construction/Engineering) focusing on reviewing, analyzing, and improving construction management processes and internal controls for large capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and recommend improvements to construction management processes and internal controls.
• Lead construction contract reviews, compliance audits, and project oversight for large capital projects.
• Define and implement policies, procedures, roles, responsibilities, reporting, and supporting IT systems.
• Conduct project reviews to assess completion percentages, change order recoveries, schedule delays, and productivity issues.
• Perform field work with engagement teams, including data collection, analysis, and preparation of reports and presentations using analytics tools.
• Work independently under guidance and participate in mentoring to enhance knowledge of industry practices.
• Uphold professionalism, integrity, and foster a respectful work environment.

Qualifications

• At least three years of recent experience in construction management or advisory services for diverse large projects.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related fields.
• Professional certifications such as PE, Project Management, CCM, CPA, or AIA are advantageous.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
