Senior Associate - Identity Governance Engineer

About the role

The Senior Associate, Saviynt Identity Governance Engineer supports the implementation and maintenance of Saviynt Identity Cloud solutions. The position emphasizes integrity, professionalism, and contribution to a respectful work environment.

Responsibilities

• Onboard applications, configure, test, deploy, and optimize identity governance features such as access requests, certifications, role management, workflows, and policies.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to Saviynt implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop technical documentation and best‑practice guides.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of hands‑on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, including at least one year with Saviynt Identity Cloud.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or a related field preferred, or five years of relevant experience with Saviynt or similar tools.
• Eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Skills

• Proficiency in supporting Saviynt implementations—application onboarding, identity lifecycle, access certifications, role management, workflows, and IAM migrations.
• Knowledge of identity governance, access controls, segregation of duties, compliance, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem‑solving abilities for technical discussions and client solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with teams and support governance initiatives; capable of travel as needed.
