Senior Associate - Identity Governance Engineer

Role Overview

This position involves supporting and configuring Okta Identity Governance solutions to enable secure identity lifecycle management, access requests, reviews, and policies. The role requires troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with stakeholders, and developing documentation to ensure effective identity governance practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and optimize Okta Identity Governance applications.
• Manage identity lifecycle, access reviews, entitlements, policies, workflows, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and support onboarding activities.
• Coordinate with application owners, security teams, and project stakeholders.
• Create technical documentation, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
• Uphold professional integrity and a respectful work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least three years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, with a minimum of one year in Okta Identity Governance or similar platforms.
• Degree in computer science, information security, or related fields preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in implementing identity governance solutions, IAM integrations, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
