About the role
Senior Associate, Saviynt Identity Governance Engineer in the Advisory Technology Organization.
Responsibilities
- Support Saviynt Identity Cloud implementations, including application onboarding, configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization.
- Configure and maintain Saviynt solutions such as identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, role models, workflows, policies, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve onboarding challenges, and support identity governance activities.
- Collaborate with application owners, security teams, business stakeholders, and project teams to gather requirements and support project delivery.
- Develop technical documentation, configuration guides, operational procedures, and best practices for Saviynt.
- Uphold professionalism, integrity, and a respectful work environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum three years of recent hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, including at least one year with Saviynt Identity Cloud.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or related fields preferred; or five years of relevant experience with Saviynt or similar tools.
- Experience supporting Saviynt implementations, including application onboarding, identity lifecycle management, access certifications, role management, workflows, and IAM migrations.
- Knowledge of identity governance, access controls, segregation of duties, compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills; ability to participate in technical discussions and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and contribute to technical workstreams.

- Ability to travel as needed.
