Senior Associate - Identity Governance Engineer

Role: Senior Associate, Saviynt Identity Governance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support Saviynt Identity Cloud implementations, including onboarding, configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization
• Configure and maintain solutions such as identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, role models, workflows, policies, and integrations
• Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve onboarding challenges, and support identity governance activities
• Collaborate with application owners, security teams, stakeholders, and project teams to gather requirements and support delivery
• Develop technical documentation, configuration guides, operational procedures, and best practices
• Contribute with integrity and professionalism to uphold a respectful work environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum three years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, with at least one year in Saviynt Identity Cloud
• Degree in computer science, information security, or related field preferred; high school diploma plus five years of relevant experience as an alternative
• Experience with Saviynt implementations, including onboarding, identity lifecycle, access certifications, role management, workflows, and IAM migrations
• Understanding of identity governance, access controls, segregation of duties, compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to support technical workstreams and collaborate with stakeholders
• Authorized to work without sponsorship in the U.S.
