Senior Associate - Identity Governance Engineer

About the role

The Senior Associate, Saviynt Identity Governance Engineer supports the implementation, configuration, testing, and optimization of Saviynt Identity Cloud solutions. This includes managing identity lifecycle processes, access requests, certifications, role management, workflows, policies, and integrations. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with stakeholders, and developing technical documentation to ensure effective identity governance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support Saviynt Identity Cloud deployment and ongoing maintenance
• Configure identity management components and workflows
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve onboarding challenges
• Collaborate with application owners, security, and business teams
• Develop technical documentation and best practices
• Support identity governance initiatives and IAM migrations

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum three years of recent Identity Governance and Administration experience, including one with Saviynt Identity Cloud
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields preferred; or equivalent experience
• Hands-on expertise in Saviynt implementation, identity lifecycle, access certifications, and role management
• Knowledge of identity governance, access controls, compliance, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
