Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the Services provided by NEOGOV, including but not limited to Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, and PowerDMS.com.
• Analyze data trends to inform product development and user experience improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant data protection laws and regulations.
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect user data and prevent unauthorized access.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the Services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in software development or IT management.
• Strong understanding of data analysis and user experience design.
• Experience with web application development and security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or Java.
