This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the admissions team to achieve enrollment goals
• Implement and manage admissions strategies and activities
• Analyze admission reports and recruitment performance data regularly
• Collaborate with national leadership to develop annual recruitment plans
• Oversee the file review process and admissions reporting accuracy
• Establish professional relationships with academic and administrative leaders
• Train and develop admissions staff to enhance recruitment effectiveness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• 6+ years of experience in admissions roles with demonstrated leadership growth
• 2+ years in admissions leadership or management
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Proficient in customer relationship management systems
