Responsibilities
- Work with the nursing center leadership team, the Market Business Development Leader, and the Market President to manage an effective marketing and admission program for an assigned geographic area (Seacoast pod: Exeter, Oceanside, and Rochester Centers).
- Guide the marketing program for assigned nursing centers to achieve high market penetration, a positive public image, and maximization of census goals.
- Train and orient new Directors of Admissions and assist with cross-training staff for admissions backup purposes.
- Serve as a resource for Directors of Admissions who may experience difficulties with various referral sources; provide specific interventions if necessary.
- Develop specific marketing targets for assigned nursing centers with a heavy emphasis on data-driven marketing to hospitals, physicians, home health, and other professionals.
- Coordinate the development and utilization of patient/resident and outcome-oriented collateral materials, ensuring consistency with corporate standards.
- Build relationships and rapport with local community newspapers, radio, and TV stations for media support of special events.
- Plan and coordinate trade shows, mailings, professional education sessions, and cluster-sponsored events.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Director of Admissions in a healthcare setting.

Pay
Posted Salary Range: USD $65,000.00 - USD $70,000.00 /Yr.
