Senior ASIC Verification Engineer

About the role
As a Senior Verification Engineer at NVIDIA, you will verify the design, architecture, and micro-architecture using advanced verification methodologies. You will define the verification scope and contribute to the development of the verification infrastructure for memory subsystem units. You will collaborate with architects, designers, and software engineers across sites to accomplish your goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant work or research experience
- Strong history of working on verification methodology and creating reusable verification components
- Knowledgeable in verification using random stimulus along with functional coverage and assertion-based verification methodologies
- Fluency in Object-Oriented Programming with C++ and/or SystemVerilog
- Exposure to design and verification tools (VCS or equivalent simulation tools, debug tools like Debussy, GDB) and methodologies (UVM or equivalent)
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior verification experience related to high-speed I/O protocols or memory coherence
Pay
Base salary range: $136,000 – $218,500 USD for Level 3, and $168,000 – $264,500 USD for Level 4. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
