Senior AP Specialist

CV Resources is partnering with a well-established organization in Woodinville, WA to identify an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Specialist for an urgent temporary assignment supporting a medical leave. This is a high-volume, fast-paced AP environment, looking for someone who can step in quickly with limited training and confidently manage a complex workload. This opportunity could also be a great fit for a Staff Accountant with strong, hands-on high-volume AP experience who is immediately available.

About the role

Duration: Approximately 4–6 weeks. Start: ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume, complex accounts payable transactions
• Process and review invoices accurately and efficiently
• Research and resolve invoice, payment, and vendor discrepancies
• Maintain accurate AP records and supporting documentation
• Work within established accounting processes and internal controls
• Partner with accounting and operational teams to resolve issues quickly
• Assist with additional accounting and AP-related needs as assigned

Requirements

• Strong experience in high-volume accounts payable required
• Ability to quickly learn existing processes and contribute with minimal ramp-up
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently prioritize and manage a significant transaction volume
• Staff Accountant-level candidates with substantial AP experience are encouraged to apply
• Must be available to work onsite full-time in Woodinville
• Immediate or near-immediate availability strongly preferred

Pay

$24.75–$34.00/hour DOE

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM | 100% Onsite
