Key Responsibilities
- AI-Driven Marketing Strategy & Execution in a Healthcare
- Develop and execute a scalable, AI-first marketing strategy aligned with Sevaro’s growth objectives.
- Differentiate Sevaro in a competitive telehealth and health tech landscape.
- Build and optimize a modern marketing stack leveraging AI tools for predictive analytics, content generation, segmentation, and campaign automation.
- Design systems that enable rapid experimentation, iteration, and performance optimization.
- Use AI to enhance personalization, targeting, and conversion across campaigns.
- Growth, Pipeline & Revenue Generation
- Partner with Business Development and Leadership to drive and/or automate campaign systems, pipeline growth and revenue impact.
- Build and execute multi-channel growth campaigns across inbound, outbound, and account-based strategies.
- Implement AI-enhanced lead scoring, attribution modeling, and funnel optimization.
- Analyze CAC, LTV, and funnel conversion metrics to drive decisions.
- Digital Marketing & Demand Generation
- Own Sevaro’s digital presence and performance marketing strategy (SEO, SEM, paid media, website).
- Leverage AI tools to optimize ad targeting, on-brand content, creative testing, and campaign performance at scale.
- Build and scale automated nurture campaigns and lifecycle marketing workflows.
- Drive high-velocity, AI-assisted content creation across channels.
- AI, Automation & Marketing Operations
- Experience working with both predictive and generative AI technologies and tools and demonstrate the ability to distill technical concepts for a variety of audiences.
- Lead implementation of AI tools across the marketing function (ChatGPT, HubSpot AI, etc.).
- Build automated workflows and playbooks to improve speed, efficiency, and scalability.
- Establish dashboards and reporting systems for real-time performance tracking.
- Continuously test emerging AI tools for competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing to clinicians or related service-related platform businesses, with at least 1-2 years focusing specifically on AI/ML projects.
- Experience working in a high-growth, healthcare or healthtech company is required and preferred.
- Experience with experiential, events, and brand marketing is preferred.
- Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue.
- Strong experience with advanced artificial intelligence tools and technology and creative marketing strategies, digital marketing, demand generation, and analytics.
- Experience leveraging AI tools in marketing workflows preferred.
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and marketing automation platforms to design, improve, and implement modern marketing strategies to drive growth and efficiency.
- Strong systems thinker with the ability to build scalable processes.
- Ability to operate as both strategic leader and hands-on executor.
