Senior AI Content Marketing Manager

In 2021, Kareo and PatientPop joined forces to form a new parent company, Tebra. In this role, you’ll be focused on helping to grow our [practice growth solutions from our PatientPop brand / practice operations solutions from our Kareo brand] and will be a valued member of Team Tebra as we work together to integrate our solutions to create better experiences for our customers and their patients, and to shape the future of healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Identify market trends and customer needs to inform product development and marketing efforts.
• Work closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless integration and support of our solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare technology or related field.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
