Primary Responsibilities
- Proactive approach to assisting and supporting executives.
- Maintain calendars and set up meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reimbursement.
- Act as Health Plan business segment liaison.
- Support executive and health plan projects and initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience supporting executive-level staff members.
- Proven experience delivering high-level internal and external customer service.
- Intermediate to Expert level Microsoft Word / PowerPoint / Excel / Word / Visio experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years experience creating and submitting expense reports.
- 3+ years experience maintaining calendars and setting up meetings.
- 3+ years experience making travel arrangements.
- Experience in healthcare.
- Ability to multi-task and handle high-level projects/assignments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Diligent attention to detail.
- Proactive and future-thinking.
Pay and Benefits
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.38 to $36.44 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
