About the role
Frye Regional Medical Center, a 355-bed acute care hospital and 81-bed Behavioral Health facility, seeks a skilled administrative assistant to provide support under the supervision of the Market Director.
Responsibilities
- Answer and screen telephone calls, and transfer, take messages or personally handle caller's needs
- Pleasantly greet visitors, ascertaining and addressing their needs promptly and appropriately
- Schedule appointments and ensure prompt and accurate relays, verbal messages to appropriate parties
- Perform other work of the department as required as well as other departments throughout the hospital
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
- Secretarial/clerical experience: At least five years required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five years of secretarial/clerical experience
