Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue official correspondence, including letters, reports, and memos, ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
- Cook up travel arrangements for management and engineering staff, including booking flights, hotels, rental cars, managing expense reports, and other travel-related services.
- Answer and screen phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel and providing information as needed.
- Maintain files and records, ensuring they are organized, accessible, and referenceable.
- Provide general administrative support, such as copying, scanning, mailing documents, ordering office supplies, and coordinating the maintenance of office equipment.
- Support urgent, time-sensitive correspondence as needed.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and other events.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- An associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience managing calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and other events.
- Familiarity with Concur and SharePoint.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $52,300.00 - $78,500.00 annually. Salary information is based on candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
