Responsibilities
- Cook up day-to-day Support Center operations
- Support workflow coordination and scheduling for the administrative team
- Prepare, proofread, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Serve as a primary point of contact for visitors, creating a welcoming and professional environment
- Cook up meetings, conference calls, calendars, catering, room setup, and logistics
- Manage office supplies, kitchen operations, shipping, mail distribution, and vendor services
- Aid leaders with invoice management and recurring administrative processes
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5+ years of experience providing administrative support to multiple leaders
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business communication tools
- Excellent organizational, scheduling, and project coordination skills
