Senior Administrative Analyst

About The Position

The Housing Authority of the County of Alameda (HACA) is seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Analyst to serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership and help shape the future of affordable housing in one of California's most dynamic regions.

What You'll Do

• Lead special projects, programs, and executive initiatives.
• Administer major housing programs, waitlists, audits, and Project-Based Voucher activities.
• Oversee HUD reporting requirements, SEMAP submissions, and compliance activities.
• Conduct research, policy analysis, and performance assessments.
• Prepare grant applications and manage reporting requirements.
• Supervise and support a team of Administrative Analysts.

Qualifications

• Experience in public administration, housing, policy analysis, or organizational management.
• Regulatory compliance and program administration.
• Research, data analysis, and performance measurement.
• Staff supervision and leadership.
• Building strong partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
