About the role
The Housing Authority of the County of Alameda (HACA) is seeking a Senior Administrative Analyst. As a Senior Administrative Analyst, you will serve as a key strategic partner to executive leadership, leading high-impact initiatives that shape housing programs, improve operational effectiveness, and ensure regulatory compliance across the agency.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact initiatives that shape housing programs, improve operational effectiveness, and ensure regulatory compliance across the agency.
- Play a key part in the senior management and oversight of complex housing programs, directing critical U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) reporting, compliance, and performance-monitoring activities.
- Use data analysis to inform decisions, improve processes, and lead the development of innovative policies, systems, and operational effectiveness.
- Work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders to advance agency goals, enhance service delivery, and support the Authority’s commitment to equitable and accessible housing.
Qualifications
- A strategic thinker, skilled project manager, and collaborative problem-solver who excels at translating complex information into actionable solutions.
- Experience planning and directing a wide range of assignments to support housing programs and operations.
- Experience preparing reports and presentations for leadership and governing boards.
- Experience serving as a trusted liaison with government agencies, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
