As a Senior Accountant, you'll work closely with accounting leadership and cross-functional teams while taking ownership of key accounting processes. Responsibilities
- Lead and support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Prepare financial reports, analyze results, and investigate variances to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Manage balance sheet reconciliations and maintain integrity of general ledger activity
- Support revenue accounting, cash reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation
- Partner with leadership on automation initiatives, process improvements, and operational accounting projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong month-end close and financial reporting exposure
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working within ERP/accounting systems
- Strong knowledge of GAAP required
