About the role
Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Admin to assist their team.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable activities by monitoring customer accounts and ensuring timely payment processing.
- Reconcile account balances and investigate discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare aging reports and provide updates on outstanding balances and collection activities.
- Support cash application processes and maintain accurate documentation within the accounting system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and improve receivable performance.
Requirements
- Bring experience in accounts receivable administration with responsibility for account maintenance and collections support.
- Demonstrate proficiency using enterprise accounting systems with experience in Epicor software preferred.
- Possess strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze data and prepare financial reports.
- Maintain knowledge of accounting principles and accounts receivable best practices.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications
- Apply strong attention to detail when reviewing customer accounts and financial transactions.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders regarding account related matters.
- Demonstrate strong problem solving skills when researching discrepancies and resolving issues.
- Work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Bring advanced accounts receivable experience and the ability to contribute with minimal training and supervision.
Pay
Expected starting pay rate of $32.00 to $34.00 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
