Senior Accounts Payable Associate

KBW Financial Staffing is working with a growing client in Boston, MA that is looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Associate to join their team. This is a full time position that is paying between $70k-$90k depending on experience, plus bonus. The Responsibilities For This Role Will Include Processing supplier invoices, including GL coding and timely entry for month-end closePreparing electronic and wire payments, and responding to supplier inquiriesMaintaining W-9 vendor information, and supporting 1099 filings and supplier documentationReviewing employee expense reports, and supporting procurement and audit requests The Experience Required For This Role Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field5+ years of accounts payable experience, and proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, & Outlook) and NetSuiteExperience working in the life sciences industry is preferredExperience with Bill.com, QuickBooks, and purchase order systems such as Prendio is a plusStrong communication & organizational skills, and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Compensation: $70k-$90K DOE + Bonus For immediate consideration, please submit an updated copy of your resume in Word format to Colin McDonnell at cmcdonnell@kbwfinancial.com. *KBW789*
